Two Tiers of Excellence
Luxury Tier
Properties that meet our core size, price, and quality benchmarks for the Guyanese market.
- Meets minimum price threshold for the property sub-type
- Meets minimum living area and bedroom requirements
- Has at least 6 verified premium features
- Reviewed and approved by the Prime Listings team
Signature Tier
The pinnacle of Guyanese residential real estate — reserved for properties that exceed every Luxury benchmark.
- Meets elevated price threshold (2x the Luxury minimum)
- Exceeds all Luxury size and bedroom requirements
- Has at least 10 verified premium features
- Located in a gated community with 24-hour security
- Personally reviewed and approved by senior Prime Listings staff
Prime Locations
Properties in these neighbourhoods qualify for an 80% price threshold, reflecting the premium land values in Georgetown's most sought-after areas.
Prime location status is reviewed annually. Additional neighbourhoods may be added as market data warrants.

Annual Standard Review
The Prime Listings Luxury Standard is reviewed every January. Price thresholds, size minimums, and the premium features list are updated to reflect current market conditions in Guyana. Listings approved under a prior standard retain their badge until their next renewal date.
